	Event Due Dates - A Friendly Reminder - When booking tournaments for EWGA, we are contractually obligated to give final player counts, sometimes up to three weeks in advance of our event. Please note the Registration Deadlines on your calendar so you do not miss an upcoming event. We strive to honor our established relationships with the golf courses and appreciate your support in this endeavor!

Cancellation Policy: if you cannot play after you have signed up and paid (and the close date has passed), it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place, or you will forfeit your payment. Guest Policy: You are welcome to invite the same guest only twice to our golf events. If your guest wishes to play with us thereafter, they must become a member of EWGA.
