Welcome to the 2008 Golfing Season and to our Education Programming Page. We have been working with our local teaching professionals to develop programming that will meet your golfing goals for the year. March Match Play - Tips and Strategies - Peacock Gap Golf Course Saturday 29, 2008 Peacock Gap Golf Course 2:00pm - 5:00pm Instructors: Susan Young and Marsha O'Neil Cost: $75.00 This program is designed to present basic Match Play rules and strategies in a fun energetic, interactive environment. Open to all members of EWGA SMN. We will cover: Strategies of match play Rules match play Psychology match play Experiences of match play in a classroom setting and on the course. The one-hour classroom time focuses on covering strategies, psychology and questions. We then will take it to the course for real time experiences and the rules pertaining to it. There will be two LPGA professionals conducting the strategy session and on course play. Additionally, we will have two NCGA rules officials describing and demonstrating what to do while on the course. It is an experience that will help you play in a match for the EWGA Team and beyond. Covering all aspects of the game, from technique improvement to on course strategy and play.
